For more than four decades, I have worked alongside hotel owners, developers, and family-owned hospitality businesses to conceive, open, reposition, and stabilize distinctive hotel assets across the United States. My career has included senior leadership roles with Candlewood Hotels, Posadas USA, Holiday Inn Worldwide, PROMUS, and most recently as President of Ayres Hotels, where I led the brand through a period of sustained and operational repositioning.
Today, through Roos Hotel Advisors, I work directly with ownership groups—often family enterprises navigating growth or reinvestment—providing experienced oversight from concept through stabilization to align decision-making with asset performance. My focus is simple: protect capital, simplify complexity, and enhance long-term asset value.
